Start a personal library

Create a personal kitchen with Google. If a household invited your address, Kitchen Magic will offer that household instead.

Get product help

Tell us which action failed, the time and your time zone, your browser, and the short error message or support reference if one appeared. Leave out recipe text, photos, private invitation links, passwords, and other secrets.

Sign in or join a household

Use the verified Google address you registered with. For a household invitation, use the exact invited address. If Google sign-in was canceled, try again; if setup was not confirmed, use the setup check instead of creating another kitchen.

An import stopped or a save is uncertain

Keep the review open and use the recovery action shown there. If the connection stopped after Save recipe, check your library before saving again. An imported draft is not saved until you review and confirm it. You can also paste text or create the recipe manually.

A shared recipe will not open

Open the complete private link from the sender. An expired or revoked invitation needs a new invitation from the owner. Read-only access does not allow editing the original; copying is available only when the sender allows it. Do not include the private link in a support email.

Recover or take a copy of my recipes

Open Recently deleted from the app menu to restore an eligible recipe before its 30-day deadline. For an archive, use Account → Data controls and wait until your export is ready before downloading. Account deletion is a separate action; read its current availability and consequences there.
